Gerald Staddon - Owner / Director

He has developed his now very successful business on his core values of outstanding customer service and offering customers a fair deal. He still hand picks all the cars and anything which isn't up to a GKS retail standard will not be retailed. Since starting the business he has slowly expanded, and his loyal customer base has grown and grown. He is very proud of the fact that over 65% of business is recommendations!

He also now has the backing of Black horse being an approved retailer.

 

Simon Pratten - Manager
team1.jpg, 3.2kB Simon has been with GKS since May 2006, having previously been manager at Murray Volkswagen for 5 years. Simon has also just come back from an 16 month backpacking adventure where he travelled across 17 country's and 5 continents inc south America, Australia, Asia and Africa!! Simon also has an engineering background having completed a 5 year apprenticeship in precision Engineering after leaving school. Simon states 'Garage owner Gerald has built up a fantastic business here and I look to continue this by developing and streamlining the business, I learnt in my previous employment how important customer service is and I look to implement and continue this at GKS of Ivybridge.'

 

Joe Chatting - Sales Executive
team1.jpg, 3.2kB Joe has been in the Motor Trade for over 6 years now, and over 3 of these at GKS. Joe previously worked at the main Citroen dealer in Plymouth. Joe is a fully qualified Business Manager and can help you through the entire buying process. Joe follows in owner Geralds footsteps and prides himself in his customer service which is second to none.

 


Sandi - Office Administrator

Sandi has been in the motor trade for 10 years now and takes great pride in her work. Should you need any help and your sales person is busy she will be more than happy to help, being very hands on in the business.

 

 

Jill Holroyd - Service Adviser

If you require a quote for a service or MOT then Jill will be more than happy to help, or she can ask one of our fully qualified Technicians. Don't forget to ask if you need a free courtesy car! Jill will also send out an annual MOT reminder to our customers just in case you should happen to forget.
