Over the years I have bought many used cars and in turn endured my share of car problems. But never before have I experienced such EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE as when dealing with these guys.
I've always believed that you only truly learn about a dealer when faced with adversity. It would be unfair and far too time consuming to go into the details of the problems I experienced with the Audi A4 I purchased from GKS but equally unfair not to cite the positives.
Despite MAJOR problems in the first week of ownership the team immediately put my mind at rest. When they said "We'll make sure your Audi is as good as they day you drove it from our forecourt" I initially took it with a pinch of salt. But GKS 100% delivered on their promise in the face of some serious obstacles.
I can honestly say that every single member of the team delivered on promise. By the end of the saga I think I'd dealt with everyone from Gerald down. On each and every occasion I felt that the individual I was speaking to understood my expectations and was working hard to provide a solution. And that's exactly what they did.
I am now driving the car GKS always promised

Dear Sir,
I just wanted to say thank you for sorting the problems out on our car, although it was out of warranty when I phoned you I was extremely impressed with the response that we got. To come out with a courtesy car within 2 hours take ours back, fix it and check it over was beyond our reasonable expectations.
If you have a suitable car in the future we will certainly be paying you another visit, and in the meantime we have and will continue to recommend you to family and friends alike.

Customer Service is obviously a massive factor, which is all too sadly lacking in the motor industry but not in your case. Recommendations go along way in business and I know that you have always placed pride in your service.

Dear Gerald,

Last week I bought a car for my daughter from your garage. I was really pleased by how kind and helpful everyone was. Sandi, who initially showed us the car, and Joe who checked the service history with the previous garage to see what needed doing. He was also prompt at returning my phone calls and could answer any questions. It was nice not to be given the hard sell.

The car was ready when I was told it would be, and was valeted to a really high standard. Joe also came in on his day off so i could collect the car when we wanted it. This was really kind of him.

A friend of mine wants to change their car and I have recommended that they come to you - strangely enough he told me that 2 other people had also recommended your good selves to him.

When we next change our car we will come to GKS first!.

I am writing to express how pleased I am with the service that i received from your staff, and to thank you for all the hard work that they have done to find the right car for me. My Wife is so happy with the car and I know that it was a difficult car to locate. Joe and Simon offered me a few different models, and managed to find the perfect car for me in Nottingham. After agreeing to buy it the car it was valeted, serviced and ready for collection after just one week!!! The car was a present for my wife and having the bow tied around it on delivery was the icing on the cake.
